The order will be safely processed by our logistics service and delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We are sure that you will like it, but if for some reason you do not, it is not a problem. Contact us within 14 days of having received the product and we will provide you with all the information necessary to proceed with the return, including the reason for your request. We will arrange for a courier to collect the parcel from you. We ask only that you pay a handling fee for the return, which varies according to product size. Every day our employees are committed to ensuring a constant high standard of our products, so damages are extremely rare. If you are not fully satisfied or have received the wrong item, we ask that you contact us within the first 24 hours, and if possible, attach some pictures showing the damaged area to an email, or explain why you are not satisfied, so that our quality department can offer you the most appropriate solution. Your help is also very important. Please check the condition of the goods upon receipt from the courier and only sign the waybill if you believe the parcel to be in a good condition. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and get a full refund, if the goods are still in our distribution centre. You can do this from your account or by contacting customer service. If however, you would like to cancel an order that is in the process of being dispatched, or that we have already dispatched, we will refund the total amount of the order, minus the shipping costs. HOW DO I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Refunds will be credited to the credit card used during checkout, no longer than 30 days after having received the goods intact and if they were securely sent in their original packaging. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Normally you cannot change an order once it has been confirmed. However, you can still change the shipping address, directly from your account. Please contact us if you have any other requests.
